Terms of Use

Clear expectations for using the site, member tools, and community respectfully.

Using this website

Nomad Mac Travels provides travel stories, planning tools, community discussions, and general educational information. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.

Not professional advice

Travel, cost, visa, legal, tax, financial, health, and safety information is general information only. It is not professional advice and may change. Confirm important decisions with official sources and qualified professionals.

Accounts and community access

Keep your password private and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may limit, remove, or suspend accounts or content that breaks these terms or creates a safety, legal, or community risk.

Your posts

You keep ownership of original content you post. By posting, you give Nomad Mac Travels permission to display, store, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the community. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, private, deceptive, or harmful.

Our content and brand

The original wording, organization, worksheets, route tools, Starter Kit, original graphics, and site design are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Nomad Mac Travels™ and the Nomad Mac Travels logo are claimed as trademarks of Nomad Mac Travels. Copyright does not cover underlying facts, laws, visa requirements, or government publications; our original summaries and presentation remain protected. Do not copy or republish our protected material, or use the brand in a way that suggests affiliation, without written permission.

Merchandise previews

A page marked “in development,” “concept preview,” or “not yet available to order” is not an offer for sale. Nomad Mac Travels does not collect payment or create an order from those pages. Final product specifications, price, shipping coverage, delivery estimates, return terms, and the responsible fulfillment provider will be shown before ordering opens.

We may update these terms as the site develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to nomadmactravels@gmail.com.
