Application Packet Checklist

Use this black-and-white page as the cover sheet for your physical folder. Check each item only after confirming it with the Philippine Retirement Authority.

Choose one Classic tier: age 40-49 pensioner: USD 25,000; age 40-49 non-pensioner: USD 50,000; age 50+ pensioner: USD 15,000; age 50+ non-pensioner: USD 30,000. Do not transfer funds until PRA confirms your selection and bank instructions.

Principal applicant is age 40 or older Selected my correct deposit tier If pensioner tier: lifetime pension proof meets USD 800 monthly single or USD 1,000 monthly with dependents Confirmed dependent eligibility and costs directly with PRA, if including family

2. Identity and entry records

Original passport and PRA-requested copies Valid tourist status with enough time remaining during processing Current PRA principal application form Eight recent 2x2 photographs with white background

3. Health, police, and Philippine records

PRA medical certificate within PRA's current six-month window Police clearance from country of origin or last foreign residence within PRA's current six-month window Bureau of Immigration Clearance Certificate NBI Clearance, if I have been in the Philippines more than 90 days before applying English translations and apostille or authentication for foreign records, as PRA requires

4. Deposit, fees, and submission

PRA confirmation of my tier, current deposit amount, and remittance instructions PRA Letter of Introduction, if PRA directs me to use one Bank remittance record and bank certificate Funds for current PRA processing and annual fees Originals, copies, and a folder order ready for PRA submission

5. After filing

Completed PRA document evaluation and interview steps Saved every receipt, evaluation sheet, and approval record Kept legal tourist status valid while PRA and BI process the application
