## Koh Samui, Thailand

- Multiple current 2026 sources agree that Samui requires an island premium. A basic air-conditioned private room is roughly THB 600-1,200/night; a mid-range all-in day is around THB 1,950-3,200, including an AC private room, food, scooter/local transport, and a paid activity.
- Status: beta candidate. Exclude nightlife by default and disclose higher holiday-season risk.

## Udon Thani, Thailand
