Existing subscription billing

All current planning tools are free. This page only explains billing, renewal, and cancellation for accounts that already have a paid subscription.

Existing monthly subscriptions

If your existing subscription began with the former introductory offer, its recorded terms were $0.99 for the first seven days and then $7.99 each month until cancellation.

Existing annual subscriptions

Existing annual subscriptions renew at their recorded rate unless canceled. The former standard annual rate was $59 per year.

Existing Founding Member subscriptions

Eligible Founding Members retain the billing terms attached to their existing account while that subscription remains active. New paid enrollment is closed.

Manage or cancel

Receipts, payment updates, and cancellation for existing subscriptions are handled securely through Stripe. Sign in and use Manage existing subscription before your next renewal.

Billing questions

For a billing issue, email nomadmactravels@gmail.com from the address connected to your membership. Include the receipt date, but never email card or bank details.
